Maladicta is short and slim, and has a very knowing air about her. She has very dark hair and very bright eyes, and rarely stands straight but mostly lounges against things. She is addicted to coffee in a very real sense, but cigarettes do in a pinch. She arrives at the island in the middle of the events in Terry Pratchett's Monstrous Regiment. At that time, is in somewhat androgynous if very effective guise as a man.
